Kennedy is a licensed electrical engineer with more than 10 years of experience designing projects across the United States. His experience spans a wide range of commercial building types, including multifamily, core and shell developments, office, restaurant and retail tenant improvements, higher education, and K–12 facilities.

Throughout his career, Kennedy has worked alongside architects, contractors, developers, and building owners to deliver practical electrical solutions from early concept through construction. His experience includes power distribution, lighting and controls, utility coordination, emergency systems, telecom, fire alarm, and complete electrical construction documents.
